• 1RM Calculator (max weight calculation based on Epley formula)
• WOD Timer (AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata, For Time, Interval)
• WOD Library (Girl, Hero, CrossFit Open WOD information)
• CrossFit Box Drop-in Information Map
• Community board and competition information

Article 3 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following actions:

• Stealing others' information or entering false information
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of information obtained through the service
• Interfering with the Company's service operations
• Actions that violate applicable laws and regulations

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

The 1RM calculator, WOD information, and exercise guides provided by this service are for reference purposes only. Results may vary depending on individual physical conditions and health status, and we recommend consulting a professional before exercising.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided, and is not responsible for any damages resulting from actions taken based on information obtained through the service.

Article 5 (Service Changes and Interruptions)

The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the service as operationally or technically necessary, and will not provide separate compensation to users for this.

Article 6 (Advertising and Affiliates)

The service may contain Google AdSense advertisements and affiliate links. Transactions through advertisements and affiliate links are between the user and the respective company, and the Company is not responsible for these.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
